Claudia Carrillo edits the journal Estudios de Lingüística Aplicada. She studied Languages and Literatures at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and she has written songs for different independently produced musical projects, as well as she writes poetry and prose. Currently she focuses on photography, particularly in self-portrait and landscape, as a medium for personal and artistic exploration.
