Mariam Rekhviashvili is a young, self-taught photographer from Tbilisi, Georgia. She started shooting photos in 2020, and most of her work focuses on the dichotomy between nature and city, as both are distinctively beautiful in their own way. Her connection to both has led her to try to imprint in her work the soul of mountains, rivers, skies, old buildings, and people.
This magazine looks forward to Mariam’s future work as she develops her techniques in portraying her vision of the universe.
