Caryn Drexl, in her own words, is “a self-taught 40-something Southern US photographer and mixed-media artist.” Her photography work, she indicates, is mostly surreal and conceptual portraits, with a focus on self-portraiture. Her mixed-media work encompasses everything from textile art to digital collages, often including a little bit of everything.
